1. General
The Site has the right at any time to modify, update information, pricing, advertising, services and features without notice. In addition, the Site has the right to terminate and/or suspend access of services and features, for any or no reason, without notice (except where otherwise stated in our Terms of Use).

3. Equipment
When you access the Site and communicate with Thompson Farms you shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices, telephone, computer software & hardware, and other equipment needed for access the Site and communications.

4. Ordering Information
Thompson Farms, at its own discretion may limit or cancel items or quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Thompson Farms also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the eMail, phone and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Thompson Farms reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers. Thompson Farms reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at anytime without notice. Products shown as available are normally stocked but inventory levels cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge there may be a period of time after an order has been submitted where the ordered product becomes unavailable. If a product is not in stock or is otherwise unavailable following fulfillment of the order, you will be contacted to discuss the cancelation of your order under such circumstances; you agree that we may cancel your order before or after completion of the fulfillment of the order. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability.

5. Restrictions of Use
  1. You shall not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms of Use. You shall not (i) post or transmit through the Site any materials which contain viruses or harmful programs; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the Site’s network or servers; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Site through password misuse, mining or any other means; or (iv) advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, without limitation to the solicitation of users to become a consumer of services competitive with the Site and Thompson Farms. Any conduct by you that Thompson Farms determines restricts or inhibits any authorized user from use or enjoyment of the Site is not permitted.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or reported without the express written consent of Thompson Farms and any other respective owners.

7. Social Media
These terms relate specifically to your use of social media pages (eg. Facebook and Twitter) moderated by Thompson Farms. Our presence on social media enables people to engage, discuss, and connect with Thompson Farms and the community.
  1. While Thompson Farms does maintain and moderate their own pages on a variety of social media platforms, the overall operations of these social media websites are maintained and operated by companies not affiliated by Thompson Farms. Therefore, please review and understand the terms of use and privacy statements of the respective social media website(s) in which you are accessing.
  2. The postings by users of social media do not necessarily mean Thompson Farms neither agrees with the content nor ensures its accuracy. In addition, any likes, shares, or follows do not constitute and endorsement.
  3. In an effort to ensure that Thompson Farms can respond to your feedback in a timely manner, please direct all questions, complaints, concerns, or feedback to our Contact Us page. Utilization of social media for these types of subject matters is discouraged.
  4. When using social media, it is expected you post content that is both relevant and respectful of other users within social media. Thompson Farms reserves the right to remove any post that does not adhere to the social media policy on the Site and block any user who violates them repeatedly. The following kinds of post will not be tolerated on any of our social media pages:

8. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability
